Improving Emergency Response in Jakarta

Jakarta has a history of severe flooding and studies have found that the frequency of floods has increased in recent years. In view of this recurring natural hazard, the scope of this report will focus on studying Jakarta’s emergency response, carrying out a policy evaluation and making recommendations, particularly in regard to flood management. Our proposal will focus on the process and procedures for emergency response coordination.
